Preparation and structure anasysis of nano WO_3

The nano WO3 is prepared by different methods.The structure characteristics are studied by using TEM and XRD,observing the grain size and shape.The effect of different methods on the material prepared respectively by thermal decomposition,sol-gel,suitable doping and gas arc is studied.It was found that the size of WO3 can be significantly reduced and the dispersion characteristics can be improved by thermal decomposition and adding some SiO2.The WO3 prepared by Sol-gel method,shows sheet structure and clear growth in a crystal direction;and the one prepared by gas thermal decomposition shows more regular geometrical shape.Therefore,the nano-materials WO3 shape and size can be controlled and properties can be changed by choosing different preparation methods.
