Method for producing wood plastic building mould

The invention discloses a method for producing wood-plastic film faced plywood in the technical field of film faced plywood processing. The method comprises the following: a step of making surface boards, in which 0 to 50 mass percent of wood powder and 50 to 100 mass percent of plastic are mixed and heated till the plastic is in a molten state, stirred uniformly and then molded in a mould by extrusion to form the surface boards; a step of joining the surface boards and a wood board through compression, in which both upper and lower surfaces of the wood board are provided with surface boards, lining layers are arranged between the wood board and the surface boards, and the surfaces of the lining layers are coated with hot melt adhesive, and then the surface boards and the wood board are joined by compression through a plate mould on a compressor, and the temperature of the surface boards and the wood board is between 100 and 200 DEG C; and a step of cooling and cutting the boards after compression joint into proper sizes. Film faced plywood produced by the method has the advantages of good waterproof performance, resistance to acid and alkaline corrosion, better strength and flexibility, low cost and long service life.
