Analisis Pengaruh Faktor Nutrisi Dengan Kejadian Stunting Pada Balita Umur 12-36 Bulan Di Posyandu Desa Wagir Kidul Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Pulung

Latarbelakang: Stunting ialah sebuah kondisi dimana tinggi badan seseorang ternyata lebih pendek dibanding tinggi badan orang lain pada umumnya atau seusianya. Stunting dapat dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, salah satunya adalah asupan nutrisi. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisi pengaruh factor nutrisi dengan kejadian stunting pada balita. Sampel dari penelitain ini adalah ibu yang mempunyai balita stunting usia 12-36 bulan di Desa Wagir Kidul Kecamatan Pulung Kabupaten Ponorogo sejumlah 32 ibu. Metode: Uji statistik dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier logistic. Hasil :  dengan uji statistic regresi linier logistic didapatkan bahwa P value (0.000) < α (0,05) yang bermakna ada pengaruh faktor nutrisi dengan kejadian stunting. Diketahui pula odds ratio 6,177 yang bermakna bahwa nutrisi yang buruk akan beresiko 6,177 lebih besar menyebabkan stunting . Simpulan: berdasarkan hasil penelitian Asupan nutrisi pada balita mempengaruhi terjadinya kejadian stunting balita. Asupan nutrisi yang buruk maka beresiko mengalami kejadian stunting dengan status sangat pendek 6,177 kali lebih besar dibandingkan dengan balita dengan asupan nutrisi yang baik. Stunting can be influenced by various factors, one of which is nutritional intake. Objective: This study aims to analyze the effect of nutritional factors on the incidence of stunting in children under five. The sample of this research is mothers who have stunting toddlers aged 12-36 months in Wagir Kidul Village, Pulung District, Ponorogo Regency, a total of 32 mothers. Methods: Statistical tests were performed using logistic linear regression analysis. Results: with logistic linear regression statistical test, it was found that the P-value (0.000) < (0.05) means that there is an influence of nutritional factors on the incidence of stunting. It is also known that the odds ratio is 6.177, which means that poor nutrition will have a 6.177 greater risk of causing stunting. Conclusion: Based on the research results, nutritional intake in toddlers affects the incidence of stunting in toddlers. Poor nutritional intake is at risk of experiencing stunting with very short status 6.177 times greater than toddlers with good nutritional intake. Keywords: Nutritional status, Stunting, Toddler
