The invention discloses a production process for rolling and preparing a large corrugated bonding surface metal composite plate. The production process is characterized by comprising the following steps: blank production: a metal base plate or a metal composite plate is selected, or a base plate large corrugation is rolled on a base plate composite surface firstly; the composite plate is rolled to an integrated large corrugated composite plate fitting the base plate, and is cleaned and stacked to weld the blank; or the base plate and the composite plate are cleaned and stacked to weld the blank, and are rolled to a composite plate blank having an integrated large corrugated composite layer; the height of the large corrugation of the integrated large corrugated composite plate (or composite layer) is s; the width of the large corrugation is t; the thickness of the integrated large corrugated composite plate (or composite layer) is h; the height of the large corrugation of the base plate composite surface is s; the width of the large corrugation is t; s/h=(1.5-1.0); t=(10-20)s; the smallest height of the corrugation is greater than the thickness of the composite plate by 150%; the bent angle of the whole corrugated plate is not larger than 20 degrees; and a composite plate strip is obtained through rolling. The production process solves the technical problems of weak composite interface bonding performance, drifting bend, cracks and high residual stress in the production of different metal composite plates, and is high in composite efficiency.
