Oil-gas dual purpose rotary-cup type burner

2010
The utility model relates to an oil-gas dual purpose rotary-cup type burner, which is characterized by comprising a housing, a regenerative furnace head, a rotary cup assembly, a spark plug, an oil separating disc and an electric two-stage supercharging blower. The regenerative furnace head is arranged on the upper portion of the housing. The outer wall of the regenerative furnace head is equipped with a plurality of injection holes. The rotary cup assembly is arranged inside the regenerative furnace head. An annular combustion chamber is arranged between the regenerative furnace head and the rotary cup assembly. An oil-jet and a gas-jet nozzle are arranged inside the rotary cup assembly. The oil-jet and the gas-jet nozzle are respectively communicated with an oil supply port and a gas supply port and the oil supply port and the gas supply port are fixed to the housing. The spark plug arranged inside the combustion chamber is fixedly connected with the housing. The oil separating disc is arranged below the rotating shaft of the rotary cup assembly. The electric two-stage supercharging blower arranged at the bottom of the housing is in sealing connection with the housing. According to the utility model, various fuels such as diesel oil, kerosene. Gasoline, mixed oil or natural gas and the like can be burnt by the burner. Meanwhile, fuel molecules are sufficiently mixed so as to realize sufficient combustion and reduce air pollution.
