The compound mixed herbicide is prepared from wettable tribenuron-methyl powder and emulsifiable starane concentrate by mixing, wherein the effective ingredient of the wettable tribenuron-methyl powder is tribenuron-methyl, and the effective ingredient of the emulsifiable starane concentrate is fluroxypyr; the weight ratio of the tribenuron-methyl to the fluroxypyr is (1.25-1.75):(3-5). The weeding effect of the compound mixed herbicide on the oryza sativa adopting drip irrigation under the mulch is higher than 90%, growth and development of the oryza sativa adopting drip irrigation under the mulch cannot be inhibited, and phytotoxicity cannot be caused easily.
