Analysis of Key Transportation Mechanism for Conditional Access System

Message authentication plays an important role in the key transport of conditional access system. Key hierarchy model is analyzed in this paper for conditional access, and consequently an improved approach based on secret share schemes is discussed in depth. Finally, the mechanism of message authentication for key transportation is discussed.
