STUDY ON PRELIMINARY INSPECTION AND IDENTIFICATION OF THE PATENT PRODUCTS OF DOG CHEWS

We identified the plant species of fume materials covered on the dog chews using DNA barcode.The total plant DNA was extracted from the surface of dog chews using the following three methods: CTAB,CTAB-Carrier and magnetics beads by comparison.The analysis results of rpoB and rpoC1 indicated that the plant specie of fume materials covered on the dog chews was not Ipomoea batatas(L.) Lamarck and was another species(Convolvulaceae).This study established the system on identification of species using plant barcode genes preliminarily,which settled the foundation for the study on inspection technique of biology resource.
