2020
By utilizing information technology, knowledge management systems act as business drivers that are useful as supporting operational activities and become an organization's competitive advantage in order to survive in competition. The Zachman framework is used as a measurement tool to review the strategic completeness of the company's architecture of information systems in the company and determine the factors and indicators of knowledge management systems needed by the organization. Data analysis was performed using the factor analysis method to produce the main factors supporting successful implementation and the regression method was also used to form a model of the factors that had been found. From this research it is known that the users of knowledge management systems that have been running in the organization prioritize factors such as functions and culture in the company, management support and participation, easy access to the system and the process of controlling and monitoring data and applications. It is expected that with these factors, optimization of the knowledge management system in the organization can be achieved and continues in line with the development of the organization and the current condition of the banking industry.
