The invention discloses an impact wave protecting device for a vehicle. The impact wave protecting device for the vehicle can be assembled to the bottom part of an armored vehicle. The device comprises an upper protecting plate (1) and a lower protecting plate (3) which are positioned in parallel; a plurality of curve thin plates (3) of which the cross sections are in a shape of a curved line are arranged between the upper protecting plate (1) and the lower protecting plate (3). With the adoption of the device, the impact wave generated by explosion of a landmine and a random explosion device can be effectively resisted, so that the armored vehicle and people inside can be protected, and meanwhile, the generality and motion of the whole vehicle cannot be influenced.
