The invention provides custom equipment of hot-forming parts and a method thereof. The custom equipment of the hot-forming parts comprises a design system and a manufacture system, wherein the manufacture system comprises a heating device, a fast press machine, a mould, a mould heat-cycle manager and a three-dimensional laser cutting machine. The heating device comprises a plurality of different heating areas and a plurality of temperature controllers, the different heating areas are used for heating different parts of a blank, and the temperature controllers are used for controlling the heating temperature of the different heating areas. The fast press machine and the mould carry out fast hot stamping forming for the heated blank, and the mould heat-cycle manager is used for controlling the temperature of all parts of the mould installed on the fast press machine. The three-dimensional laser cutting machine is used for cutting fast-hot stamped formed process pieces to manufacture custom parts. The custom equipment can fully exert the potential of materials and a process, the part and entirety combination properties are greatly increased to achieve the purposes of material reduction and property advancement, the application field is wide, and the custom equipment has good economic benefit.
