Problems and Improving Methods on Third-shake Hands of TCP Connections

TCP connection is currently widely used form of three-way handshake,but the connection process(when each handshake) are likely to encounter network congestion or network connection issues such as the effect of instability resulting delay can not connect or is too large,etc.This article describes a text paragraph in a newspaper,adding the timer to replace the function of the third method of shaking hands,the making could reduce the probability of occurrence of the above issues.
