Kirner's deformity: a case report and review.

1996
Abstract Kirner's deformity is an uncommon "characteristic" palmo-radial curvature of the distal phalanx of the little finger. Splinting may be beneficial for pain relief and, if used early, may retard progression of the deformity. Disability is usually minimal and treatment to correct the deformity may be delayed to prevent recurrence.
