Analysis of Support to Rural Finance based on the Financial Needs of Farmers

The acreage of farming land is diverse from area to area in China, and this diversity determines the different ways of living for people in different areas. The need for money varies for people in different areas. In order to build "the new countryside", we must give diverse financial support to villages in different areas based on the diversity of need for money in those areas. In the areas where the farming land is rather abundant, the allowance, assistance and policy should be boosted to help them build modernized agriculture; whereas in the areas where the farming land is insufficient, the local enterprises should be supported, the loaning power of banks should be enlarged and the town and country banks should be built up.
