Analysis of phase segregation using rietveld refinement in and magnetic properties of Mn doped BCT solid solutions

Abstract The polycrystalline samples of Ba0.96Ca0.04Ti(1-x)MnxO3-x for 0 ≤ x ≤ 0.15 were synthesized using conventional solid state reaction route. The Rietveld analysis shows that the samples crystallize in pure tetragonal structure for x ≤ 0.02, hexagonal structure for x = 0.15 and are mixed phase for 0.02
