The method includes the steps of obtaining a recommended information set uploaded to a server side by a user on the opposite side in advance before the call is answered or hung up, determining the type of recommended information needing to be recommended according to the real-time state of a mobile terminal of a user on the local side, and selecting the recommended information from the recommended information set according to the type of the recommended information to be recommended. By means of the method and device, the information recommending form in the call process is enriched.
