Оценка ранозаживляющего действия спиросочлененного 1,2,3-триазоло[5,1- b ]-1,3,4-тиадиазина на модели линейной кожной раны

We have studied the influence of 5’-(4-ethoxybenzoyl)-5’,7’-dihydrospiro[cyclopentane-1,6’-[1,2,3]triazolo[5,1- b ][1,3,4]thiadiazine]-3’-carboxylic acid ethyl ether on the healing of linear skin wounds in rats. It was found that this treatment resulted in increase of the regenerative potential of injured tissues by dermal fibroblasts stimulation. Evaluation of the wound process specifics showed that test groups treated with this compound displayed more pronounced acceleration of epithelium reparative regeneration as compared to untreated groups. Hence, the inflammatory processes are mild and do not affect the deep layers of skin, so that cellular and fibrous components are formed exactly in the injury area.
