Composite tourmaline/glass material and preparation method thereof

The invention relates to a composite tourmaline/glass material and a preparation method thereof. The composite material comprises the following raw materials by weight percent: 5%-30% of tourmaline and 70%-95% of glass, wherein the tourmaline is selected from at least one of iron tourmaline, lithium tourmaline and magnesium tourmaline; the glass comprises the following components by weight percent: 40%-70% of Bi2O3, 10%-20% of B2O3, 1%-7% of Al2O3, 10%-20% of ZnO, 5%-10% of CaO and 1%-13% of SiO2, wherein the sum of the weight percent is 100%. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing small glass particles; (2) preparing the composite tourmaline/glass material: uniformly mixing the tourmaline with the glass, firing at 600-900 DEG C, and preserving heat to obtain the composite tourmaline/glass material with relatively high far-infrared emission performance.
