Technical implementation of a technique for microwave measurements of the electrophysical properties of melts of heat-resistant dielectrics

In application to a previously described technique for microwave measurements of the electrophysical properties of melts of heat-resistant dielectrics in free space by a focused electromagnetic beam, the measurement errors induced by the heating system and the external measurement channel are analyzed, and the results are used to formulate conditions for an optimized measurement procedure. The paper concludes with the results of an experiment.
