The invention discloses a metal-plate butt welding test method based on friction stir welding. The metal-plate butt welding test method based on friction stir welding is characterized by specifically comprising the following steps that SS1, a welding test is carried out; SS2, a metallographic test is carried out; SS3, a hardness test is carried out; and SS4, a tensile test is carried out on welded joints provided with well-formed surfaces and obtained under different welding parameters. The invention further provides a metal-plate butt welding test system based on friction stir welding. According to the metal-plate butt welding test system and method, hardness and tensile test detection of the welded joints obtained by setting different welding parameters is achieved, and quantitative analysis is carried out on the welded joints conveniently. The metal-plate butt welding test system and method have the advantages that testing is convenient, safe and reliable, and operability is high.
