Experimental study on the effect of yuye detoxification particle against several respiratory viruses in vitro.

Aim To observe the cytopathogenie inhibitory effect of Yuye detoxification particle on vary respiroviruses.Methods MDCK,A549 and HELcell were infected with Influenza virus type A FM1 strain,rhinovirus type R14,RS virus, AD virus type 7 separately,and the antiviral activity of Yuye detoxification particle were observed.Results At the concentration of 6.25mg/m1 the cytopathogenie effect of AD virus type 7 and Rhinovirus type R14 was obviuosly inhibited.The cytopathogenie effect of Influenza virus type A FM1 strain was also inhibited at the concentration of 125mg/m1,at the concentration of 3.12mg/m1 the cytopathogenie effect of RS virus was completely inhibited.Conclusion Yuye detoxification particle is effective on various respiroviruses。
