The Impact of Continuing Professional Training in Teaching University Practice. A study of its application into teaching practices.

The paper draws upon the results of a research about the impact of the Continuing Training Program for university teachers into their teaching practice. Quantitative and qualitative data collection was used in order to look into the possibility of application in teaching practice what participants have learned during the training courses. Different aspects of the training courses were measured resulting in a general evaluation of each course. The impact of training courses in professional development was measured by several quantitative variables. Perception of the possibility of application was analyzed by a qualitative measure. Group contrast analyses were applied.
