Study on Measuring Method of the Thermal Conductivity of Heat-insulation Oil Pipe Coupling

Based on the theory of inverse heat conduction problem of single case of thermal parameters,the thermal conductivity of pipe coupling could be obtained by golden section method.In this paper,the direct and inverse problem model are developed,and the thermal conductivity of heat-insulation oil pipe coupling is obtained.Then the temperature distribution is simulated by CFD,in the end the effect of measuring position is analyzed.The results show that the method can be applied in calculating single case of thermal parameters,and the thermal conductivity of heat-insulation oil pipe coupling can be obtained easily and accurately by taking the outer wall's temperature.
