Idoso frágil em domicílio e a assistência prestada por enfermeiros da Atenção Básica

The study aimed to analyze the assistance provided by nurses to frail older people and domiciled in Primary Health Care. It’s an exploratory and descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The results show the conceptions of nurses towards frail elderly, the strategies and the challenges used by nurses in the care of the frail elderly at home. Therefore, it is necessary to the nurse to be aware of both alterations and modifications in the context of health.
