The invention provides a buffer type bioactive glass ceramic dental implant and a preparation method thereof. The dental implant is of a two-section structure, and a base is fixedly arranged on the tooth root by virtue of a retaining screw rod; the tooth root is of a three-layer structure, the center of the tooth root is provided with a buffer layer made of a PEEK resin, a dense layer made of bioactive glass ceramics is arranged outside the center of the tooth root, a bioactive glass ceramic pore layer is attached to the surface of the tooth root, the center of the top surface of the tooth root is provided with a base hole matched with the base at the position of the PEEK resin buffer layer, and a thread hole matched with the retaining screw rod is formed in the lower end of the base hole; and the base and the retaining screw rod are made of enhanced PEEK resins. Because the dental implant is reasonable in structural design, and the bioactive glass ceramics are high in bone formation rate and high in bonding strength with bones, the PEEK resin is high in biocompatibility, hydrolysis-resistant and high in breaking tenacity, the elasticity modulus is close to that of bones, and the advantages of the two materials complement each other, so that the dental implant disclosed by the invention is better than the conventional dental implant.
