In the present invention, whether to permit start of a mounting process to a plurality of application positions P is determined on the basis of a post-application elapsed time Tp which is the elapsed time since application of an adhesive onto the application positions P. That is, whether the post-application elapsed time Tp exceeds a time limit Tl at a mounting time point Tm at which a component is mounted in the mounting process, is predicted for each of the application positions P. When the plurality of application positions P include no application position P for which the post-application elapsed time Tp exceeds the time limit Tl at the mounting time point Tm, start of the mounting process is permitted. In contrast, when the plurality of application positions P include an application position P for which the post-application elapsed time Tp exceeds the time limit Tl at the mounting time point Tm, start of the mounting process is prohibited.
