Voriconazole as mono-therapy in orbitofrontal erosive aspergillosis without gross total resection: A case report and review of literature

Abstract In this case report we present an immunocompetent 64-year-old patient presenting with an orbitofrontal invasive aspergillosis treated successfully with voriconazole monotherapy following biopsy and orbital decompression.
