Влияние препарата трекрезан на показатели сперматогенеза мужчин с хронической монотрихомонадной инфекцией

In this article are presented the results of research of spermatogenesis of men with chronic urogenital trichomatosis before and aft er treatment with trecresan. 39 men were divided into 2 groups depending on the parameters of spermatogenesis: the men with chronic urogenital trichomatosis and patozoospermia and the men with chronic urogenital trichomatosis infection and normozoospermia. Th e results showed, that in the fi rst group mobility and viability of spermatozoa were statistically signifi cantly decreased. Aft er application of trecresan in complex therapy of chronic urogenital trichomatosis the parameters of spermatogenesis improved and became closer to referent values. Th e quantity of leukocytes considerably decreased in ejaculate.
