Creation of large-scale regional and federal medical information systems are necessary for information change about patients and medical centers. Exchange of these data allows to reduce time’ expenses and to rescue person life. However integration a local information systems to complex system demands the essential technical decision and software. This requirement faces with other problem: choice the most « adapted to each other » software products. In article will be made attempt the analysis of the potential IT -companies and their software products for purpose to answer about choice the more functional software for medical clinics. The most significant IT-companies have been chosen in the IT-market of Russia. These companies have essential practice in work with medical clinics; their program modules are adapted for Russian medical clinics’ structure and activities. The market of medical information systems’ made analysis confirms objective necessity and real possibilities to in-troduction medical information technologies to practice medical clinics.
