Contrast-Induced Nephropathy (CIN) is associated with significant morbidity and mortality after Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI). Very Elderly Patients (VEP) undergoing PCI are at higher risk of CIN because of age and associated multiple comorbidities.
