The present invention relates to an autonomous smart complex marine environment measuring device. The marine environment measuring device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a sensing unit including a plurality of sensors for measuring a marine environment; a controlling unit processing the data measured by the sensing unit; a frame unit having the sensing unit built therein and having a path unit formed therein to enable the sensing unit to ascend and descend; a rope unit controlling the ascent and descent of the sensing unit through a rope connected with the sensing unit; a top panel bonded to the top of the sensing unit so as to block the flow of seawater into the frame unit when the sensing unit descends; a bottom panel bonded to the bottom of the sensing unit so as to block the flow of seawater into the frame unit when the sensing unit ascends; and a self-washing unit disposed at the side of the sensing unit so as to remove external materials adhering to the sensing unit.
