Количественное определение суммы тритерпеновых сапонинов в корневищах с корнями синюхи

A spectrophotometric method of quantitative determination of the sum of triterpenoid saponins in rhizomes and roots of Polemonium caeruleum is developed. The procedure does not require standard samples. The standard relative error of determination does not exceed 4.88 %. The proposed procedure is recommended for an analysis of the raw material and ready-to-use medicinals based on Polemonium caeruleum .
