When the device is arranged on the prior fire engine, the current requirement of establishing an urban fire protection network monitoring system can be met; the fire engine is added into the monitoring of a fire protection network as an urban fire-fighting device so as to realize overall information query and data sharing of the superior of a fire-fighting system to junior departments, thereby the superior department can master the fire-fighting conditions of various cities at any moment and simultaneously can maintain communication of the fire engine and the 119 dispatching command center which can monitor the conditions of a fire scene and the fire engine timely and command and dispatch in time.
