Short Season Cotton Production as a Means of Managing Energy Inputs and Maximizing Returns

This project was initiated in 1980 under the auspices of the Short Season Cotton Committee, chaired by Dr. R.P. Upchurch. Other committee memebers were: M.D. Cannon, D.D. Fangmeier, Carl Feaster, W.D. Fisher, Dale Fullerton, R.B. Hine, T.E. Russell, R.A. Selley, B.B. Taylor and T.C. Tucker. Exofficio members were Robert Fowler and Scott Hathorn. This is obviously a task force approach, since every discipline that relates to cotton is represented.
