Peutz-Jeghers syndrome. Case report with angiographic evaluation.
1972
A case of Peutz-Jeghers syndrome is presented. Clinical signs included early appearance of spotty pigmentation of the lips, intermittent rectal bleeding, and crampy abdominal pain. A polypoid jejunal mass was demonstrated angiographically. Limited experience suggests that localization of the polypoid mass by angiography is of value in facilitating the conservative surgical approach necessary in this condition.
