Acoustic surface wave liquid phase array transducer and preparation method for sensitive membrane thereof

The acoustic surface wave liquid phase array sensor consists of several acoustic surface wave delay line sensors. By means of opening and shorting the delay line, the acoustic surface wave liquid phase array sensor may be used in detecting the overall electric characteristic parameters of liquid; and by means of pulse laser deposition technology to prepare sensing film in the delay line, the acoustic surface wave liquid phase array sensor may be used in analyzing metal ion components in liquid. The present invention may be used in qualitative and quantitative detection of electric characteristics and metal ions of liquid in food production, industry, biomedicine and other fields.
