Intelligent Monitoring System of Pu'er Tea Warehouse Based on IoT

The storage of Pu'er tea face a series of problems, including tea deterioration caused by inadequate manual supervision, poor anti-interference ability of traditional remote environmental monitoring system, and the failure access different devices simultaneously. According to the architecture of IoT terminal network, in this paper we designed an intelligent monitoring system of Pu'er tea warehouse, which can access different IoT devices. The system adopts 433MHz wireless communication method to build sensor network on site, and then sets up the heterogeneous network centered on the central gateway.Through the GPRS communication mode, the collected data is uploaded to the cloud server. Cloud server complete data analysis and processing and visualization. The system has been tested in the field, the results show that environmental parameters can be collected accurately and immediately, and the loss rate of date is only 0.08%.As a result, with the realization of timeliness, accuracy and reliability of remote monitoring and control of the Pu'er tea warehouse environment. The storage quality of Pu'er tea will obtain assurance.
