Повышение коэффициента нефтеизвлечения путем бурения уплотняющих скважин в зонах с наибольшими нефтенасыщенными толщинами на примере поднятия Ивинского месторождения

Drilling of infill wells in zones with maximum net thicknesses and considerable oil reserves per single well offers best opportunities to increase Bashkirian oil recovery factors at the Ivinskoye oil field. Reservoir simulation model was constructed using the same dimensions and number of grid blocks as those of the geological model so that no upscaling was required for further simulations. Production performance was analyzed based on history matching results. Oil saturation distributions and the map of remaining mobile oil reserves were obtained. High oil recovery factors can be achieved if optimal well pattern is used at early stages of development provided good reservoir understanding. This is the case when high oil recoveries can be observed within a relatively short period of time with minimum oil production (low water-oil ratio) and best performance characteristics. Several scenarios for field development optimization were considered. Those provided for infill drilling to ensure optimum well spacing and included planned wells from the previous field development program (eight wells). This paper presents a case study revealing that reduction of well spacing to design value by means of infill drilling provides optimal well pattern, thus enabling maximum incremental oil recoveries per unit area. Additional criteria entail dependencies of oil recovery factor and net present value (NPV) on well spacing which express, respectively, technological and economic efficiency of field development.
