The invention discloses a nutritive health-care wine which is prepared by soaking and extracting rhizoma polygonati, mulberry, folium mori, fructus alpiniae oxyphyllae, fructus cannabis, black fungus, longan aril, kudzu vine root, poria cocos, Chinese yam, Chinese wolfberry fruit, sea horse, deer blood or penis cervi, dog testes and penis, sparrow brain, colla corii asini, red dates, hawthorn, mushroom, sea-buckthorn, coix seed, radix polygonati officinalis, glycyrrhiza, crystal sugar and honey by virtue of white wine. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: drying and crushing the raw materials, putting the crushed raw materials into a gauze bag and steaming for more than 10 minutes; putting the steamed raw materials into a container, adding the crystal sugar and the honey, dipping in white whine, sealing for 10-15 days and extracting; and filtering and separating the insoluble materials so as to obtain the filtrate, namely, the nutritive health-care wine. The nutritive health-care wine disclosed by the invention not only contains a variety of nutrition components, but also has the nourishing and health-care functions for human bodies and can prompt body health. The wine is good in color and fragrance and unique in taste, and can be used as ordinary beverage wine for meals or drinking at will.
