The analytical calculation of temperature distribution in doping processes of Zn/InP induced by continuous wave laser

Based on the experiment, the process of doping of Zn/InP Indued by continuous wave laser was analysed. A brief visual analytical form of temperature distribution on a finite double-material irradiated by a continuous wave laser is presented under the third boundary condition in one-dimensional heat conduction.
