CHANGES IN CONTENT OF OXIDATION OF PROTEINS IN BLOOD PLASMA OF PATIENTS WITH NON:MICROCELLULAR PULMONARY CANCER SUBJECT TO THE STAGE OF THE DISEASE

2011
Summary. s e aim of the study was to investigate level of markers of oxidative modi! cation of proteins in blood plasma of patients with non-microcellular lung cancer. 110 patients with lung carcinoma have been selected for the study. s e carbonyl proteins derivatives, dityrosine, tryptophane, middle molecular peptides, SH-groups of proteins have been evaluated. s e most increase in redox-depended modi! cation of proteins occurs on II and IV stage of the disease. Change in intensity of oxidative processes in blood plasma correlates with patient’s condition, tumor size, lymph node involvements and presence or absence of metastases. Key words : lung cancer, oxidative stress, oxidative modi! cation of proteins.•?@ &,^@>^> S?+'X?,I L,[\Q', ;>S'{'' L +@>&>^'†, q S?Y>&,L?,X> , X, *L&,+'* >;\=>&' LNR?k,+N [> †+> , > Y,++> +? +?†?wR> I>X, @?@', R^?+'SX, LNSNL?,I L>S+'@?’Q?* >;\=>w\=>&' ' >R^?-+'SX?
