Study on the extraction of Mesona Procumbens Hemsl polysaccharide by cellulose enzyme

The bio-chemical method is used in the experiment to extract polysaccharide from Mesona Procumbens Hemsl(MPH).Single factor tests and orthogonal experiment design methods L16(44) were applied to analyze the influence of the factors such as the concentration,time,temperature and pH of the enzyme on the extraction percent of MPHP.The results indicated that the time would significantly affect the extraction percent of MPHP.The optimum temperature is 55℃,pH is 5.5,the concentration of cellulose enzyme is 0.4% and the extracting time is 4h.
