Quantitative Assessment Method of Green Power Development Level Based on Multidimensional Coordination Index

The rapid development of clean energy across the country, how to evaluate the development of green power in a region has become a difficult problem at hand. To implement the national concept of sustainable development and further promote the construction of green power, this paper established quantitatively evaluating the method of green power development level based on multidimensional coordination index, which can comprehensively reflect the status of clean power development. Considering each link of the power supply, grid, and load, a set of indicators including three dimensions of green power development, green energy sharing and green life was designed. On this basis, the green power quantitative evaluation model was designed, and the normalization processing of the green power index value and the calculation method of index weighting were proposed. The aim of quantitatively evaluating the level of green power development had been achieved. Finally, this paper used Qinghai Province as an example to conduct an empirical study. The impact of the increase in new energy installations from 2018 to 2019 on the green power indicators was analyzed. The research results show that the proposed method in this article have practical significance and can guide the further development of green power.
