Methods of modulating the stability of lithium ions through cation doping sieve

2014
The present invention discloses a method for the regulation of the stability of lithium ions through cation doping sieve, comprising preparing a composite oxide Li4MnxRyO12, wherein R is a dopant ions Sn, Zr, Ti, Fe, Ni, Co, or Al, and 2.5≤x ≤4.996,0.004≤y≤2.5, x + y is 5, the preparation comprising: (1) divalent manganese salt, a lithium salt and a mixed compound containing R, R so that the dopant ions / Mn / Li molar ratio ( 0.625 ~ 0.001) :( 0.625 ~ 1.249): 1.00, and (R + Mn) / Li molar ratio of 1.1 to 1.5; mixture (1) obtained in (2) the step of calcining 6 ~ at 350 ~ 650 ℃ dynamic air conditions 120h, to obtain the complex oxide. Further provided a process for preparing an ion sieve Mnx / 5Ry / 5O2 · 0.31H2O method, the composite oxide washed with water, dried, and then through the leachable agent leaching Li +. The present invention is a simple process route, mild preparation conditions, short reaction period, the obtained ion cubic sieve having a stable structure and a high adsorption capacity.
