Tetrahedral copper complexes containing ligands of the pyridine-oxazolyl luminescent material

2014
The present invention discloses a light emitting material and a yellow phosphor tetrahedral cuprous complex and its preparation method. Phosphorescent complexes of the present invention, a monovalent copper salt derived from the ligand complex, the molecular structure of Cu (POP) (4-PBO) (CH3CN) (PF6), and where POP is a neutral 4-PBO ligand bis (2-diphenylphosphino) ether and 4- (2-benzoxazolyl) pyridine. The complex includes both small molecules and easy purification and advantages of high luminous efficiency, but also an advantage to use an organic solvent-soluble. This material is a reaction mixture obtained by the Cu (CH3CN) 4PF6 step directly with a solution of two ligands, having a simple process, simple equipment, raw material is easily available and low cost. The material can be used as electrically yellow photoluminescent material, organic material can be used as a multilayer phosphorescent material emitting layer of electroluminescent devices.
