The invention discloses a thermal deformation-overcoming phase change thermal storage device, comprising a cylinder, a round tube and a fin. N supporting plates are arranged in the cylinder. The tube and the fin penetrate the n supporting plates respectively and are fixed in the cylinder. The supporting plates divide the cylinder into fixed n+1 areas, and the n supporting plates are staggeredly arranged in the cylinder in a certain angle one by one. According to the invention, positions of the fin and the round tube are fixed so as to prevent the fin and the round tube from sinking to the lower side of the cylinder, and cylinder deformation caused by uneven cold-hot in the internal material phase change process is prevented. The staggered design of the supporting plates makes the internal material in a straight line which cannot be penetrated, so as to block transfer of the internal stress and reduce the cylinder deformation.
