The invention relates to a non-damnification molecule method for detecting medicaments cancer prevention effect in medicaments exploitation field comprising the following steps (1) collecting faeces sample copy and extracting fecal microorganism genome total DNA, (2) comparing every groups animals enteric microorganisms community structure in parallel using finger 5print analysis technology, (3) searching important finger print spectral band relating to validity of medicaments cancer prevention by principal component analysis and bias minimum square law discriminant analysis for finger 5print, (4) identifying the microbiology presented by finger print spectral band, designing species specificity primer and detecting probe for the microbiology according to the sequence to dose PCR in actual time and compare the difference in quantitatively of important microbiology among healthy animals, animals with precancerous lesion and animals intervened by carcinostatic agent. The invention can overcome the deficiency of present judging medicaments carcinostatic agent method and provide a non-damnification molecule method for detecting medicaments cancer prevention effect of carcinoma of colon.
