Preparation method for azoxystrobin intermediate

A disclosed preparation method for an azoxystrobin intermediate comprises the following steps: (1) performing formylating reaction on a compound with a structural general formula shown as a formula (II) with a formylating reagent in the presence of an organic anhydride, wherein, R in the structural general formula (II) is benzyl; and (2) dissolving the product obtained in the step (1) in an organic solvent, and reacting in the presence of a catalyst, so as to obtain the azoxystrobin intermediate. The provided preparation method for the azoxystrobin intermediate is short in reaction route and high in yield, and avoids usage of severely-toxic dimethyl sulphate.
