In order to diagnose radiation enteritis, suspicion is not enough and diagnosis must be demonstrated. However, on numerous occasions and even after multiple tests, it has not been possible to diagnose it. Capsule endoscopy has proven to be an extremely useful technique to diagnose pathologies of the small bowel that go unnoticed with other tests. We describe below a case that provides an example of this.
