Impact of the Electric Field in the Modelling of the Dark Current Non Uniformity in Pixel Arrays

Taking into account the electric field enhancement of the thermal generation improves the simulation of the DCNU. It increases the number of hot pixels, which fits the case of the experimental measurements and gives a more realistic global shape of the distribution.
